- Testing in the site, ensuring compliance of testing with relevant standards and specifications,

Qualifications
- B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering,
- Min. 2 years of experience in a related position,
- Subcontracts experience in international projects is a must,

Job Description
- Creating and issuing contracts and service agreements, forming Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages, and issuing tender request packages to approved tenderers,
- Preparing evaluation criteria, coordinating tenderer inquiries and responses, evaluating tender packages, and managing commercial evaluations,
- Drafting contract documents following corporate procedures, maintaining control and status reports, and organizing bidder meetings to ensure clarity and consensus on contractual matters,
- Implementing procedures for contract administration, analyzing terms to identify risks recommending mitigations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms,
- Developing mechanisms to monitor compliance, preparing reports for the employer/project, and collaborating with project team members to identify potential contract changes or claims,
- Managing the identification and resolution of contract claims, involving legal expertise as needed,
- Overseeing the contract closeout process by standard work processes.
