What’s On My Phone As Health Fitness Applications.

As a personal trainer and fitness fan, i am also using fitness&health apps and trying to find the best, affordable and efficient applications as much as possible. Here i am to give you some advice about fitness&health apps on both android and ios to urge you to build healthy habits and live both mentally and physically stronger.

You’re gonna totally inspired by mom’s of 2, 43 years old founder of Squat Girl, Doris Hofer. She is also certified personal trainer. She has a book called “Hayalindeki Sen”  and big community on instragram and Squat Girl application where she helps and motivate to people to l ive more healthy and fit. In her application, she is mostly sharing some workout videos and almost every month she is launching some challenges like sugar-free challenge, abs challenge etc. Before every challenges she is posting the rules and during the challenges every members of Squat Girl community posting what they eat, what they do as an exercises on application. Well, the sharing the process is not a must, but would be nice to share the process for encouragement. I’m sure that you will like the app , and it’s gonna motivate you to being new you!

There’s no one who doesn’t know Nike. But not every one aware of the application of Nike Training Club where you can find and create fitness workout for yourself. The best thing about the application is that it’s all free! When you  first download this app, you have to sign in, and the application is asking you some questions about your health and fitness level. After these process the application itself is recommending some workout programmes for you . All the information about the workout, moves and timing are very clearly explained.

If you are ex-gymnast like me, this application suits you well. Well, actually this application is not only for those who used to do splits, but also for everyone! We know that if you can spend time on practising to do splits, there is no way not to do it! If you are really determined to do splits, there are some principles to keep in mind.
1. To succeed, you have to commit to stretching as a daily practice not only to see results, but also not to lose them the very next day.

  1. Never ever underestimate the importance of proper warm up before doing splits.
  2. Be patient. Intense stretching routine may cause you some discomfort
  3. Choose your trainer/course/video tutorials carefully.
  4. The truth is, a good split takes the flexibility and strength of the entire body, not only your legs. If you are really serious about splits, think about including one class of Pilates or yoga weekly.

MyfitnessPal is one of the best health application. It helps you to track your diet. You can enter what you eat – I’m pretty sure that you can find every single food or meal in the data-
You can set for yourself a calorie goal, track your calorie intake. In this application you can also enter the activities that you do. With an free account you can access tons of things. But still for more  large scale qualifications you can have paid membership as well.

Savaş Cebeci, -known as his Youtube Channel- is founder of this application. Fitness Bilim consists of different parts. In exercise part, you can find moves for every single muscles and also it’s possible to learn the right positions of these moves. The other parts includes, the youtube channel, blogs , chats and even chronometer and notepad.

If you are like me who is constantly forget to drink water, this application will suit you well. All you have to do is choosing a cute plant, then you are watching your plant everytime you drink water. It’s really fun app to build a healty habit.

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them. In this app you can choose your fasting pattern, and tracking the process and timing.
