SunExpress Havayolları FLY Yetenek Programı As SunExpress has been named Europe’s Best Leisure Airline 2024 by Skytrax, SunExpress is seeking new candidates passionate about aviation for its talent program: FLY | Flight Level: Youth.

In FLY, according to your skills, you will be a part of different departments, where you will have a chance to start your career in an accelerated way.

Please note that this year, no positions will be available in the Engineering Department for FLY, so we will not be considering graduates in Aircraft Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. We encourage related engineers to apply via LinkedIn for entry-level positions in these departments.

What we expect from you for FLY:

• Freshly graduated from the first bachelor’s program (BA). (Starting from 2023 Winter Semester graduates to 2025 Summer Semester graduates.)

• Proficient in English (both written, oral, and reading skills).

• Open to communication and eager to learn and self-improvement.

• Have a passion for the aviation sector.

• Working full-time based in Antalya or İzmir.
