SabancıDx is seeking for long term interns to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of our business, as well as the professional information technology & services.
The goal is to expose long term interns to our different departments. This internship experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments in order to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills.

Departments
• Product Management: Responsible of product lifecycle management and new product design. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams; act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries Determine which features to build and in what order, balancing customer needs and business priorities. Identify and monitor internal and external strategic issues that may affect growth and profitability, set growth strategies of all product domains and new investment opportunities. Performing competitor and regional market research and conduct customer analysis.
• Software Development: Focuses on generating value rather than producing projects by approaching customer needs with agile methodologies. Software Development Team uses Extreme Programming (XP) techniques such as Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, Code Review and Test Automation to maintain quality and productivity. To continuously bring new and emerging technologies into the StudioDx ecosystem, engage in ongoing research and development activities.
• Product Sales & Sales Channel Management team supports the future targets of companies with its value-creating digital transformation products such as the digital B2B procurement platform Pratis, the e-Transformation platform Edoksis, the human resources digital solution platform HrWe and RPA (robotic process automation) solutions with flexible service models. While leading the sales of digital (SaaS) and new generation products, Sales department also takes an invaluable responsibility that leverages the profitability and growth of the company.
• Managed Services team provides comprehensive and continuous support to ensure the effective and secure management of clients’ technological infrastructures. It is responsible for delivering managed services such as technology services, network, and cybersecurity. The department monitors the continuity and performance of services, performs proactive problem-solving and maintenance activities, and offers customized solutions based on customer needs. Additionally, it evaluates customer feedback, continuously improves service quality, and adapts to current technology trends. The department develops and implements strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize business processes.
• Commercial Insights department is responsible for supporting the company’s strategic decision-making processes by analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and business performance. This team delves into data to identify business opportunities and potential risks, provides valuable insights for commercial strategies, and contributes to strategic planning. Additionally, it offers data-driven recommendations to business units, facilitating more informed decisions and enhancing the company’s competitive advantage.
• Named Accounts & Business Development department is responsible for driving strategic sales and business growth initiatives for cloud and managed services. This department focuses on identifying and nurturing key customer accounts, developing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs, and leading sales efforts to expand the company’s market presence. The team collaborates closely with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities, formulates and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and builds long-term partnerships
