ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Embark on an unforgettable journey for the 3rd Annual Youth Summer Festival in Timisoara, Romania! Since its inception in 2022, it has blossomed into a beacon of joy, creativity, and cross-cultural exchange! For 30 days, our dedicated volunteers ignite the streets, parks, and youth centers in Timisoara, Lugoj, and Jebel with diverse events and activities, organized #ByYouthForYouth. From hearth-pounding concerts to tranquil park picnics, from captivating educational workshops to fast and fun sports challenges, there’s something for everyone. You, as a volunteer, get the unique chance to shape this festival with your talents and proposals for activities and bring them to rural areas, and smaller towns. You will be challenged and grow with each day of the festival, culminating in the grand finale on August 12th, as we come together to commemorate International Youth Day! check out the info pack: https://fitt.ro/ysf-3/
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Accommodation will be provided in one of the student dorms of Timisoara. Facilities: shared bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen. Meals will be your responsibility: you will have a kitchen to use and you’ll receive 5 EUR – food allowance/day, and of course, pocket money too, 4 EUR/day (this money you will receive in Romanian currency in cash, or by bank). Local transportation and airport transfer – we can provide pickup only if you arrive between 00.00 and 05.00, other than that you will have to use public transportation. During the project, the costs of public transportation will be covered by us.

Teambuilding, facilitation, marketing, and event planning training.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We are meant to be if you: -are between the ages of 18 and 30; -speak English at a conversational level; -want to implement & facilitate activities; Also please mention in your motivation statement what area you would like to work on? Facilitation: prepare and deliver the events/workshops/activities & more, Media & promotion: Take photos and videos, write articles, create a magazine for the festival, create content for the online promotion, go in the city for offline promotion, Logistics: help to prepare the spaces, set up the equipments, make lists of materials needed for the festival.
