Learn and Teach

We considered partners work with international youth exchanges and with inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. We communicated with potential partners and recognised that they have a similar need for the project as had already been identified and a wish to work on this topic. All project partners are either sending and/or hosting organizations for youth exchanges & many partners are supporting various other youth organizations locally or internationally and have a large impact in their countries. Most of the partners also have ESC sending/ hosting organization experience. All partners have different levels of experience with
international youth work which provides a chance to learn for each other.

Project will also have a direct impact on participants’ every day work within international projects and their implementation. They will have a positive effect on youth exchanges organized and co-organized by their organizations as they have a better understanding of quality criteria of Erasmus+ projects and proper support of their group. Each participant will share the experience within their organization by organizing a training for group leaders. Participants as the core team members of partner organizations will take the learned competences to their organization, and mentor future group leaders as a long-term process which will result in better quality of daily international work in their organizations. As trained group leaders will pass their experience to other group leaders they work together in exchanges, experience reches to various organizations and their youth workers. The materials we have created during the project will assist them with creating this impact on other youth workers which helps them to expand the network of quality exchanges & improve their  cooperation and work with youngsters.
