For a duration of 6 months, 2 volunteers from our ESC project will be actively involved in several key activities aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and community engagement. They will organize and participate in interactive workshops covering various topics such as Sustainable Fashion or Repair café initiatives. Additionally, they will assist in managing our innovation center “Green Hub” (thegreenhub.org), supporting administrative tasks and event organization. Moreover, they will actively participate in local awareness-raising actions such as plogging and park cleanups. Furthermore, they will play a pivotal role in managing our social media channels, creating engaging and informative content to raise awareness about environmental sustainability and encourage community interaction. ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
The participants will have access to a small apartment located in Cava de’ Tirreni. These accommodation offers comfort and privacy but also the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in city life and actively participate in project activities. With their strategic location, our accommodations will allow participants to easily explore the city’s beauties and have an unforgettable experience during their stay. Additionally, as per the ESC program guidelines, expenses for food and transportation will be supported, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their time with us.
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
The volunteers will receive thorough training while collaborating with the Terra Metelliana’s team, where they’ll gain support and guidance in various activities such as social media management, event and workshop organization, and center management. This comprehensive training will empower them with the skills needed to actively contribute to the project’s goals of promoting environmental sustainability and community engagement.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
We prioritize candidates who are genuinely motivated to commit to a six-month journey, immersing themselves fully in our program. Demonstrating a sincere passion for environmental issues and a proactive approach to promoting sustainability is crucial to us. We seek individuals who are eager to actively engage and contribute to our initiatives.
